I bought this to replace a previous hose reel that rusted out after 10 years. I ordered this based on the description, and was not disappointed when I received it. Assembly was no problem, and I appreciate when a company includes an extra piece of hardware or two to account for fumble fingers during assembly. The material so far has been of excellent quality and the four-spiked base arrangement gives a very secure foundation for even my heaviest hose. The hooks on the back are a nice touch to hang garden tools or faucet covers. I liked the first one so much, I bought a second one for the the other faucet.

When I received the package the box was torn pretty bad, which caused me to be concerned about the contents and how poorly this was going to turn out. I pulled everything out of the box to find all the pieces properly secured in a plastic bag, very nicely arranged with the screws and Allen wrench also in a sealed bag. The directions for assembling this item was enclosed but really not needed after reviewing the picture of the finished product. It took me approximately 10-minutes to assemble the product which came together beautifully and incredibly tight do to the engineering and thickness of the metal pieces that went into designing this product.
To say the least, when I installed the hanger in the soil by the outdoor faucet, it was secure, straight and 100% what I wanted to see. My choosing a hose hanger that has four legs instead of (3) was a good decision and at this point I am totally pleased with this hose holder.
I expect this hose holder will last for a number of years which makes it very much worth what I paid for it.
No rust or bending after several seasons. Great for keeping hose tidy
Very well made and sturdy. Has 4 prongs that go in the ground for stability. Would purchase again
